National dispute resolution service.
The Ombudsman Service was set up in 2002 to resolve disputes between consumers and a number of businesses and organisations across a range of sectors, including energy, communications and property.
Initial requirements covered design and production of the 2017 Report and Accounts, including sector specific reports. The organisation has also gone through a recent rebrand and stationery was one of the first items to be designed and produced utilising the new look logo and brand guidelines.
